BABY BLUE PLAQUE (PHOTOS)
Ventnor PBA President Brian Price presents a wreath to Susan Ferrier in front of the city's Beach Patrol headquarters Monday. The presentation was part of a ceremony during which a plaque was unveiled commemorating what would have been the first birthday for Baby Blue, the child whose remains were found in the surf near Suffolk Avenue last January by Susan's husband, Bill Ferrier.
